When does work begin?
Work begins only after the agreement has been signed and the required payment has been received.How long does a project take?
Timelines vary based on project scope and client responsiveness.Basic websites could just be a few days but most standard websites are completed within two to four weeks after onboarding and payment.
What is required from the client?
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, assets, and timely feedback necessary to complete the project.How many revisions are included?
Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional changes outside the approved scope may incur additional charges.Will I own my website?
Ownership of the website transfers to the Client upon receipt of full payment. BrandHaven Studio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Do you provide hosting and maintenance?
Hosting is typically client-owned. Optional monthly care plans are available for ongoing support, updates, and maintenance.What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are accepted securely via Stripe using supported credit and debit cards.
