Timelines vary based on project scope and client responsiveness. Basic websites can be completed in a few days, but most standard websites are completed within 2–4 weeks after onboarding and payment. Complex projects requiring custom functionality may take longer, and we'll provide a detailed timeline estimate when we review your quote.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, content, assets, and timely feedback necessary to complete the project. This includes brand guidelines, copy/text, images, and any specific preferences or requirements. The faster you provide feedback, the faster your project launches.
Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions. These revisions cover design and functionality changes related to the originally approved scope. Additional changes outside the approved scope may incur additional charges—we'll discuss any extra work with you before moving forward.
Yes. Ownership of the website transfers to you upon receipt of full payment. You have complete control of your website and domain. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hosting is typically client-owned, giving you control over your domain and hosting provider. Optional monthly care plans are available for ongoing support, updates, security monitoring, and maintenance. These plans start at $29/month and include backups, content updates, and more depending on the tier you choose.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and supported bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant for your security.
Absolutely! Additional features, pages, services, or functionality can be added at any time. These are quoted separately based on complexity and scope. Clients on active monthly care plans typically receive discounted rates for future work.
Once work begins, deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to pause or cancel after work has started, you remain responsible for payment for work completed to that date. Please review our Refund & Revision Policy for complete details.
